In the Real Estate field:

1. we elaborated and revised contracts of sale and purchase of lands, industrial halls, company registered offices, other buildings;
2. we elaborated and revised bilateral Promises of sale and purchase of lands, industrial halls, company registered offices, other buildings;
3. we took part in the negotiation of some contracts of sale and purchase of lands, industrial halls, company registered offices, other buildings;
4. we made all steps to check the buildings purchased by our clients, both regarding the legal situation and their town planning system;
5. we elaborated and revised Renting Contracts regarding the renting of some company offices or industrial halls, both in Romania and in other member states of the European Union and we assisted our clients in taking over, respectively establishing of these spaces;
6. we elaborated and revised Contracts of real estate mediation concluded by our clients with the Real Estate Agencies, which mediated the real estate acquisitions or our clients, developing in some cases the direct negotiation of these contracts;
7. we elaborated and revised Contracts of works regarding the construction of company offices or industrial halls;
8. we took part in the negotiation of some Contracts of works regarding the construction of company offices or industrial halls;
9. we fulfilled the procedures of registration, change, erase of the property right or of other real rights over real assets of any kind, mortgages or other operations submitted to legal obligations related to the Land Register, in or from the Land Register;
10. we assisted some of our clients in the process of completion of Land Register Documentations, by performing specific activities for the missions of Management Project, respectively selecting and recommending of some Land Register experts, based on their offers, elaboration and negotiation of contracts of cooperation with Land Register experts withheld for the elaboration of Cadastral Documentations, providing of the relation between the Lans Register Experts and our clients, in order to complete the Cadastral Documentation, under the best conditions, etc.
11. we assisted some of our clients in the process of erecting of some industrial constructions, by performing specific activities for the missions of Management Project on the legal side of these projects, being the link among Architects, local Authorities involved, Constructor and Beneficiary of the work;
12. we presented, at the request of some of or clients, the way we recommend that some legal provisions regarding the trade companies should be interpreted, in the field of real estate acquisitions, the legal system of constructions, the legal systems of lands, etc.
13. We elaborated, at the request of some of or clients, presentations of some legal provisions of the Romanian legislation, particularly our presentations about the specific activity of our clients. Most of these presentations were made by using Microsoft Office, Power Point facilities;
14. We fulfilled, in the name and interest of some of our clients, the administrative procedures to change the legal system of some lands by taking them out of the Agrarian Circuit;
15. We fulfilled, in the name and interest of some of our clients, the administrative procedures to change the legal system of some lands, by transferring them from outside the built-up area, where they were, into the build-up area of those localities;
