Arbitration, Disputes, Enforcements and Recovery of debts

In the field of Arbitration, Disputes, Enforcements and Recovery of debts:

  1. we fulfilled, in the name and interest of some of our clients, the legal procedures regarding the recovery of debts, by acting both with Summons of Payment and with the Procedure of Common Right;
  2. we fulfilled, in the name and interest of some of our clients, the legal procedures regarding the cancellation or finding of nullity of some legal documents, including titles of property over some buildings, Contracts of mortgage, etc.
  3. we fulfilled, in the name and interest of some of our clients, the legal procedures regarding the finding of nullity of some abusive provisions in the pre-formulated contract;
  4. we fulfilled, in the name and interest of some of our clients, the legal procedures regarding the responsibility if insurance companies;
  5. we elaborated or revised Contracts of transaction by which we managed to recover some debts, for our clients, under less expensive conditions than by legal ways;
  6. we elaborated or revised Contracts of services of enforcement, concluded with different Executors;
  7. we elaborated or revised Contracts of services for recovery of debts with different organizations specialized in the recovery of debts;
  8. we elaborated or revised Contracts of services for recovery of goods (vehicles, industrial equipments, agrarian equipments, etc. which were sold in leasing) with different organizations specialized in the recovery of goods;
  9. we presented, at the request of some of or clients, the way we recommend that some legal provisions specific to the field of Arbitration, Disputes or Enforcements, by elaborating, for example, legal opinions (Notes of Consultancy) related to the issues about legal Procedures in Romania - which they are, how long do they last, which are the estimated success chances, Procedures of Enforcement in Romania - which they are, how long do they last, which are the estimated success chances, etc.
  10. We elaborated, at the request of some of or clients, presentations of some legal provisions of the Romanian legislation, particularly our presentations about the specific activity of our clients. Most of these presentations were made by using Microsoft Office, Power Point facilities;
  11. etc.
