In the field of Communications and Internet:

1. we fulfilled, in the name and interest of some of our clients, the administrative procedures to reserve some internet fields;
2. we elaborated or revised Contracts of transfer of some internet fields;
3. we elaborated or revised The Terms of Use of some Sites;
4. we elaborated or revised Contracts of Internet Access providing:
5. we elaborated or revised Contracts regarding the making of Sites;
6. we elaborated or revised Contracts regarding the maintenance of Sites;
7. we elaborated or revised Contracts regarding consultancy in IT field;
8. we elaborated or revised Contracts regarding the maintenance of networks and office elements;
9. we presented, at the request of some of or clients, the way we recommend that some legal provisions specific to the field of Communication Law should be interpreted, by elaborating, for example, legal opinions (Notes of Consultancy) related to the issues about Protection of Personal Data, Use of Electronic Signature and its legal effects, etc.
10. We elaborated, at the request of some of or clients, presentations of some legal provisions of the Romanian legislation, particularly our presentations about the specific activity of our clients. Most of these presentations were made by using Microsoft Office, Power Point facilities;
