Intellectual Property

In the field of Intellectual Property:

1. we fulfilled, in the name and in the interest of some of our clients, the procedures for reserving brands and today we continue to do the same, in addition, simplifying the procedure with the help of this form --> Brand registration form
2. we fulfilled, in the name and interest of some of our clients, the administrative procedures to protect some industrial patterns; we elaborated or revised Contracts of transfer of rights over some trade marks; we elaborated or revised Contracts regarding the transmission of the patrimony copyrights;
3. we presented, at the request of some of or clients, the way we recommend that some legal provisions specific to the field of Right of Intellectual Property should be interpreted, by elaborating, for example, legal opinions (Notes of Consultancy) related to the issues about Right of Intellectual Property and its legal effects, the incidence of law regarding the copyright over some of the activity segments of our clients, etc.
4. We elaborated, at the request of some of or clients, presentations of some legal provisions of the Romanian legislation, particularly our presentations about the specific activity of our clients. Most of these presentations were made by using Microsoft Office, Power Point facilities;
