Labor Law

In the field of Labor Law:

1. we elaborated or revised Individual work contracts;
2. we elaborated or revised Collective work contracts;
3. we elaborated or revised Contracts of apprenticeship;
4. we elaborated or revised Contracts of temporary work;
5. we elaborated or revised Contracts of temporary placing of the hired employees;
6. we elaborated or revised Contracts of professional training;
7. we elaborated or revised Contracts of services regarding services of staff recruitment;
8. we participated in the negotiation of the above mentioned Contracts and of other Contracts in the field of Labor Law;
9. we elaborated or revised Internal Rules;
10. we elaborated or revised The Internal Working Procedures which must be followed within the Employers- Trade Companies, when the legal provisions require the observing of some terms or conditions in the process of application of some decisions within the field of the Labor Law;
11. we assisted some of our clients in the process to obtain the legal authorizations necessary to perform the activity of Agent of Temporary Work;
12. we presented, at the request of some of or clients, the way we recommend that some legal provisions regarding the Labor Law should be interpreted;
13. We elaborated, at the request of some of or clients, presentations of some legal provisions of the Romanian legislation, particularly our presentations about the specific activity of our clients. These presentations were made by using Power Point facilities;
14. We fulfilled, in the name and interest of some of our clients, the administrative procedures to get the Work Permit for the foreign employees;
15. etc.
