3. we elaborated or revised Contracts of financial leasing and operational leasing regarding vehicles, industrial equipments, agrarian equipments, construction materials, etc.
4. we elaborated or revised Contracts of distribution regarding vehicles, industrial equipments, agrarian equipments, construction materials, etc.
5. we elaborated or revised Contracts of services regarding services of technical assistance, repair services of vehicles, industrial equipments, agrarian equipments, informatics equipments, etc.
6. we elaborated or revised Contracts of buy-back, barter, novation, transfer of debts, stipulation for others, sponsorship, etc.
7. we elaborated or revised Contracts of vehicle fleet administration;
8. we elaborated or revised Contracts of business administration, Contracts of joint venture, Contracts of advise, Contracts of management, Contracts of mandate, Contracts of commission etc.
9. we elaborated or revised Contracts of works, of subcontracting, Contracts of planning services, Contracts of services for the activities of technical inspector in constructions , etc.
10. we elaborated or revised Regulations to participate in tombola or commercial promotions;
11. we elaborated or revised The Internal Work Procedures which must be followed within the trade companies when one of the contracts mentioned below is concluded;
12. we legally organized the sales of some units delocalized by our clients, with the performing of all legal binding procedures
13. we presented, at the request of some of or clients, the way we recommend that some legal provisions regarding the Commercial Law should be interpreted, by elaborating, for example, legal opinions (Notes of Consultancy) related to the issues about Warranty of Products, Rights and Obligations of Consumers, conditions to be fulfilled in order to be considered Dealer according to Romanian law, etc.
14. We elaborated, at the request of some of or clients, presentations of some legal provisions of the Romanian legislation, particularly our presentations about the specific activity of our clients. Most of these presentations were made by using Microsoft Office, Power Point facilities;
