Processing and preserving of fish and fish products This class includes: - preparation and preservation of fish, crustaceans and molluscs: freezing, drying, smoking, salting, brine preparation, canning preparation; - obtaining products from fish, crustaceans and molluscs: cooked fish, fish fillets, caviar, caviar, caviar substitutes, etc .; - production of fish dishes; - production of fish products for animal feed. This class also includes: - activities of vessels engaged solely in the processing and preservation of fish. This class excludes: - activities of vessels engaged in both fishing and fish processing and preservation, see 05.01; - production of marine oils and fats, see 15.41; - manufacture of fish soups, see 15.89
