Wholesale of waste and scrap This class includes: - wholesale (purchase and sale) of metallic and non-metallic waste and scrap and materials for recycling, including collection, sorting, separation, dismantling of used goods, such as cars, for the purpose of obtaining reusable parts, (re) packaging, storage and delivery, but without a real transformation process. In addition, waste bought and sold has a residual value; - dismantling of scrapped vehicles (dismantling of cars; wholesale of damaged cars; sale of parts from damaged cars, to private individuals and professional users). This class excludes: - processing of waste and scrap and other secondary raw materials. A real process of transformation is needed. The resulting secondary raw material is suitable for direct use in an industrial manufacturing process and does not constitute a non-finished process, see 37.10, 37.20; - fragmentation of cars by a mechanical process, see 37.10; - retail sale of second-hand goods, see 52.50; - waste treatment, not for later use in an industrial manufacturing process, but for the purpose of disposal, see 90; - collection and treatment of household and industrial waste, see 90.
