Recovery of recyclable metal waste and scrap This class includes: - processing of waste, scrap metal and metal articles into secondary raw materials. Examples of mechanical or chemical transformation processes are: - mechanical crushing of metal waste such as used cars, washing machines, bicycles, etc., followed by sorting and separation; - mechanical reduction to smaller dimensions of heavy ironwork, such as railway wagons; - fragmentation of scrap metal, scrapped vehicles, etc .; - other mechanical treatment methods, eg cutting, pressing to reduce the volume. This class excludes: - manufacture of new finished metals or new finished metal products from secondary metallic raw materials, see 27 or 28; - sites for dismantling cars, demolition of equipment, computers, in order to obtain reusable components, etc., including trade in second-hand spare parts, see 50; 51; and 52.50; - disposing of used goods, such as refrigerators, to remove harmful waste, see 90.
