8531 Social assistance activities, with accommodation This class includes: - activities with accommodation, permanently provided by the protection and social assistance units (swings for children; houses for children; kindergartens for the disabled; general, vocational schools, special high schools and post-secondary schools for disabled people; schools and qualification and requalification centers for the disabled; school dormitories for the disabled; hospital dormitories for the disabled; hospital dormitories for the chronically ill; hospital dormitories for the elderly; centers for the reception of minors; dormitories for pensioners). This assistance is provided to people who have a reduced ability to take care of themselves. These activities can be carried out by public services or private organizations. This class excludes: - adoption activities, see 85.32; - short-term protection activities for disaster victims, see 85.32
