8030 Higher education This class includes: - first, second and third stage of higher education: a post-secondary education and in university colleges that do not award a bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma; a university and postgraduate education completed by obtaining a bachelor's degree or equivalent. At this level a great variety of specialized programs is offered, some emphasizing the theoretical training and others the practical one.
