8021 General secondary education This class includes: - the activity of education of the students from the general schools, corresponding (more, or less) to the period of compulsory schooling; - the education activity of the students from the general schools, which offers access to the higher education. Specialization in a particular subject at this level often has an influence even on the educational experience of those who follow a general program. Such programs prepare students, either for technical and vocational education, or for admission to higher education, without the need to choose a particular discipline.
