7450 Selection and placement of the workforce This class includes: - activities of investigation, selection, orientation and placement of the workforce. The services can be provided to the employers or the applicants for employment and are of the type: o writing the job description; o evaluation and testing of the applicant; o investigation of references; o job search and placement activities; - labor contracting activities: o providing to third parties, on a temporary basis, the staff employed and paid by the agency. This class excludes: - activities of contractors for agricultural work, see 01.4; - business activities and activities of artistic agents, see 74.87; - film, television and other role-playing activities for theaters, television and cinema, see 92.72
