9002 Collection and treatment of other wastes This class includes: - collection of wastes from households and enterprises by means of rubbish bins, dumpsters, containers, etc .; - collection of harmful residues, used batteries, used cooking oils and fats, etc .; - collection of oil residues from ships and used petroleum products from garages; - collection of debris from demolition and the remains of construction materials; - services of waste collection centers; - removal of residues by incineration or other means: o storage of garbage on the ground or in water, burying or overturning under the furrow, by plowing, the residues; o treatment and removal of radioactive (transitional) waste from hospitals, etc .; o waste treatment with composting plants, in order to remove and obtain a by-product (compost); o treatment and removal of live or dead animals, toxic infestation and other contaminated debris; o the removal of used goods, such as refrigerators, to remove harmful debris. This class excludes: - treatment of residual foodstuffs for food production, see 15; - treatment of slaughterhouse residues for feed production, see 15.7; - processing of nuclear fuels and treatment of radioactive nuclear waste, see 23.30; - obtaining compost, see 24.15; - processing of food, beverage and tobacco residues, and their transformation into secondary raw materials, see 37.20; - treatment of waste and fragments, without a real process of mechanical or chemical transformation, for sale to third parties, such as: dismantling of cars, equipment or computers, and activities such as: sorting or pressing paper, textiles, materials plastics, wood, waste, etc., see 50; 51. and 52 .; - waste collection, as part of the wholesale sale of waste, see 51.57
