Production of medical apparatus and instruments This class includes: - manufacture of devices and instruments used in medicine, surgery, dentistry or veterinary medicine: an electrodiagnostic apparatus, of the electrocardiograph type, ultrasound diagnostic devices, devices that use magnetic resonance to establish the diagnosis ; dental cutters; sterilizers; instrumental ophthalmology; - manufacture of syringes, needles, mirrors, reflectors, endoscopes, etc .; - manufacture of X-ray, beta or gamma equipment, which is used in human and veterinary medicine: o X-ray tubes, surge generators, desks, control panels, screens, etc .; - manufacture of medical furniture: tables for operations, hospital beds with mechanical devices, dental chairs; - manufacture of devices for mechano-therapy, devices for massage, devices for psychological tests, devices for ozone therapy, devices for oxygen therapy, devices for artificial respiration, gas masks, etc. This class also includes: - manufacture of orthopedic devices: crutches, surgical belts and bandages, splints, artificial teeth, prostheses for the human body, hearing aids, pacemakers, orthopedic shoes, etc. This class excludes: - manufacture of cement used in dentistry, see 24.42; - manufacture of thermometers, see 33.20; - manufacture of corrective glass lenses, optical frames and microscopes, see 33.40
