Production of electronic tubes and other electronic components This class includes: - manufacture of lamps and valves with hot, cold or photocathode cathode: o tubes for televisions, television cameras; image converter and intensifier tubes, microwave tubes; tubes and valves for reception or amplification; - manufacture of diodes, transistors and similar semiconductor devices; - manufacture of photosensitive semiconductor devices, including photoelectric cells; - manufacture of mounted piezoelectric crystals; - manufacture of electronic integrated circuits and microassemblies: o monolithic integrated circuits, hybrid integrated circuits and electronic microassemblies of micromodules or other similar types; - manufacture of printed circuits; - manufacture of capacitors, including power capacitors; - manufacture of resistors, including rheostats and potentiometers. This class excludes: - manufacture of heating resistors, see 29.71; - manufacture of transformers, see 31.10; - manufacture of switches, see 31.20
