Manufacture of hand tools This class includes: - manufacture of knives and cutting blades, for machines and equipment; - manufacture of hand tools, such as: files, wrenches for nuts, etc .; - manufacture of active, interchangeable parts, for hand tools (even electrically operated), or for machine tools: cutters, drills, punches, molds, dies, saw blades; - manufacture of tools for blacksmithing: forges, anvils, etc .; - manufacture of vices, pliers. This class excludes: - manufacture of hand tools, with mechanical actuation, see 29.41
