Production of steel tubes (pipes) This class includes: - manufacture of pipes by hot rolling, drawing or extrusion or by rolling or cold drawing; - manufacture of tubes by hot plastic deformation and welding, by plastic deformation or cold drawing, or by hot plastic deformation; - manufacture of steel pipe fittings: o flat flanges and forged shoulder flanges; o threaded fittings and other steel fittings; o fittings that are mounted by welding, made of steel. This class excludes: - manufacture of seamless tubes (made in one piece), of centrifugal cast steel, see 27.21
