Production and preservation of poultry meat This class includes: - slaughter in poultry slaughterhouses; - preparation of poultry meat; - production of poultry meat, fresh or frozen, in individual portions; - obtaining edible poultry fats. This class also includes: - slaughtering rabbits and similar animals; - preparation of rabbit meat and meat from other similar animals; - feather and down production. This class excludes: - packaging, on its own account, of poultry meat, in the wholesale trade, see 51.32; - packaging of poultry meat, based on tariff or contract.
